2021-22 Charities with Soul Nomination Form are due by April 15, 2021.: Please use the attached form to nominate a charity to be considered for one of the remaining five months. Each parishioner may submit one or two nomination forms. Completed nomination forms may be electronically scanned to Lynn Ellis at or mailed to the church office at PO Box 129 Brunswick ME 04011.
